On the Mapping page, you can see how LiveRem matches your data with ours automatically. Plus, you can tweak these mappings for even more accuracy.

The Mapping page is split into three tabs: Locations, Jobs, and Employees.

Locations

  • Check how your company's locations align with those identified by LiveRem.

  • If a location doesn't match, simply click on the LiveRem location field and enter the correct location.

Roles

  • Role titles can sometimes vary. Compare and, if necessary, change them by clicking on the LiveRem job title field.

  • Click the chevron icon next to LiveRem Job Title to dive deeper into the Mapping details. This section lets you compare job descriptions. To adjust a role title, click on it. Once you've matched a role, hit ‘Save’ to confirm your changes.


Employees

  • Recognising unique roles in your company, the Employees tab allows individualised mapping adjustments.

  • Search for a specific employee and click on their row to open a popup. You can then modify their title and click "Save".

Status

  • For Review: this status indicates that a Location/Role/Employee Job Title requires your review and mapping

  • Mapped: after a Location/Role/Employee Job Title is matched, its status will be changed to "Mapped"
