The Mapping page shows how LiveRem automatically aligns your data with our system. You can also review and adjust these mappings to ensure everything matches accurately.
The page is divided into three tabs:
Locations
Company Roles
Employees
Each tab lets you manage and fine-tune mappings specific to that category.
Locations
Supports align your company's locations
Compare your company’s locations with those listed by LiveRem to ensure they match.
If any location appears incorrect or unmatched, click on the LiveRem Location drop-down and enter the correct one.
Company Roles
Sometimes, role titles don’t match exactly. Check each one and, if necessary, click the LiveRem Job Title field to select the correct title.
Click the Search icon next to the LiveRem Job Title to view detailed mapping information.
In this section, you can compare job descriptions and make adjustments as needed.
To update a role title, click on it, then select Save to confirm your changes once the correct role is matched.
Employee Overrides
The Employees tab lets you adjust mappings individually, ensuring each unique role in your company is accurately matched.
To update a title, search for the employee, click their row to open the popup, make your changes, and click Save
The Employee List is displayed in a table format with the following details:
Status
For Review
Indicates that a Location, Role, or Employee Job Title requires your attention.
Review the item and complete its mapping to the appropriate LiveRem entry.
Mapped
Appears once a Location, Role, or Employee Job Title has been successfully matched.
The status updates to Mapped to confirm that the mapping is complete.
Employee ID
Each employee has a unique ID that helps the system identify and map their details correctly to LiveRem.
Name
Displays the employee’s full name as recorded in your company’s system.
Used for identifying and mapping employees accurately.
Job Title (LiveRem Title)
Here you can see the employee’s job title from your company and how it matches with the corresponding title in LiveRem
When you link a job title to LiveRem, the mapped title will show in brackets next to your company’s job title.
Assigning LiveRem role to an employee
Clicking on an employee opens a modal where you can select a role from the dropdown under LiveRem roles or Map multiple roles to the same employee.
Map to Multiple Roles
If you click Map to Multiple Roles, the Map to Multiple Roles modal will open.
Here, you can assign up to four roles, and the role percentages must total 100%.
Note: You can check this mapping anytime in People Data by clicking View Employee Details for the selected employee.
Search Employees
You can also search for a specific Employee by entering their Name or ID in the Search box.
This filters the list as you type.
Filter by Status
By default, the selected option is “For Review.”
When you switch to “Mapped,” the list will display all employees whose job titles have already been mapped.
