Update your profile and organisation details

Make sure your profile and organisation details always reflect the latest information. It only takes a minute.

General

After completing the onboarding process, you can update your profile and organisation details at any time from the Settings page.

Update Profile Details

  • You can update your first and last name here.

Compensation Display

The Compensation Display setting lets you control how salary information is shown across the platform, including the People Data and Market Data pages.

You can choose between:

  • Annual Salary – Displays compensation as a yearly total

  • Hourly Rate – Displays compensation as an hourly amount

This setting only affects how values are displayed, not how they are stored or calculated in the system.

When to use each option

  • Use Annual Salary if your organisation primarily works with full-time or salaried employees.

  • Use Hourly Rate if you manage contractors, part-time staff, or roles where hourly pay is more relevant.

Things to note

  • The selected format is applied consistently across relevant pages for easier comparison.

  • You can switch between display options at any time.

  • Changing this setting does not modify any underlying compensation data.

Organisation

Update your organisation details

Update employee number

  • Click the dropdown labeled How many employees are integrated into LiveRem from your organisation?

  • Select the range that matches your current employee count.

Update industry

  • Click the Industry dropdown menu to select the industry you want to update.

Update the target percentile

An organisation’s target percentile represents the desired market position for employee pay compared to similar roles in other organisations.

  • Click the "What is your target percentile?" dropdown menu.

  • Select the percentile your organisation is aiming for.

Update revenue

  • Click the Organisation Revenue dropdown menu.

  • Select the revenue range that reflects your organisation’s current earnings.

Update benefits

  • Click the "Which of the following benefits are available at your organisation?" dropdown menu.

  • Select the benefits your organisation offers from the list.

Non-profit or Charity status

  • Toggle this on if your organisation is a non-profit or charity.

Show and Import Employee Names

  • Enable this option to display employee names into LiveRem Mapping and People Data pages.

  • If disabled, employee IDs will be shown instead of names.

Sub-Organisations

Sub-organisations allow you to structure your company into smaller groups, such as departments, regions, or business units. This helps organise data and manage access more effectively across the platform.

  • Click the edit (✏️) icon to update an existing sub-organisation.

  • Changes are applied immediately across the platform.

  • Click the delete (✖) icon to remove a sub-organisation.

⚠️ Important:

  • Deleting a sub-organisation may affect users or data currently assigned to it.

  • Make sure to reassign or review any dependencies before deleting.

Things to Note

  • You can create as many sub-organisations as needed.

  • Naming should be clear and consistent to avoid confusion when assigning access or viewing reports.
