The People Data page is a powerful tool designed to provide you with insights into your company's workforce, their salaries, and role changes over time. In this guide, we'll walk you through the features and functionalities of the People Data page, helping you harness its potential for informed decision-making.

Before you start

In order to use the People Data page, you're required to complete integration process to link your HR and payroll systems to LiveRem. Please view the integration guide.

Employee List

The Employee List compares your company's employee salaries to that of the market, and applies a 'Trust Score'.

Search: You can also search for a specific Employee by entering their name in the Search box.

Select Market Position: You can change the list by selecting the target market percentile by clicking on the dropbox "Select Market Position".

Employee Details

Clicking on an employee's name to access the Employee information detail page.

Salary and Role Change Chart: Reveals detailed information, including salary and role changes over time. You can hover on the lines in the chart to see more details.

Employee Comparison Chart: Reveals current employee’s salary against other employee’s salaries so you can understand how their salary compares with their peers of the same function.

You can change displayed chart by select the respective country and cities where data are aggregated in location filter.

By following this guide, you'll be able to navigate the People Data page effectively, gaining valuable insights into your employees' compensation and role histories.
