Invite Team Members and Manage Access

The Users & Access page allows you to invite teammates, assign roles, and manage user access within LiveRem. This helps ensure each user has the appropriate permissions based on their responsibilities.

Users Table Overview

The Users table displays all active users in your organisation along with their access details.

✉️ Email

Shows the user’s email address, which is used as their login ID. This is also where invitations and account-related notifications are sent.

👤Name

Displays the user’s name (if available). This helps you easily identify users beyond their email address.

🔐Auth Method

Indicates how the user logs into LiveRem.
For example:

  • Email & Password – Standard login using credentials

  • (Other methods may appear if integrations like SSO are enabled)

🛡️User Role

Shows the role assigned to the user (e.g., Admin, HR Manager, View Only).
You can update a user’s role directly from this column using the dropdown. Changes take effect immediately.

⚙️Actions

Provides quick actions you can perform for each user.

  • Delete (🗑) - Removes the user and revokes their access to the platform

Invite Teammates

The Invite your teammates modal allows you to:

  • Add one or multiple email addresses

  • Assign roles before sending invites

  • Remove an entry using the delete (🗑) icon

  • Skip or confirm the invitation process

This makes it easy to onboard multiple users in one step.

Pending Invites

The Pending invites modal shows users who have been invited but have not yet accepted their invitation.

From here, you can:

  • Resend invite - Send the invitation email again

  • Update role - Change the assigned role before the user accepts

  • Delete (🗑) - Cancel the invitation

This helps you manage outstanding invitations and keep user access up to date.

Update User Roles

You can change a user’s role at any time:

  1. Locate the user in the Users list

  2. Use the User Role dropdown next to their name

  3. Select a new role

Changes are applied immediately and will update the user’s access across the platform.

Remove Users

To remove a user from the platform:

  • Click the delete (🗑) icon next to the user

  • Confirm the action when prompted

⚠️ Note: Removing a user will revoke their access to LiveRem.

Things to Note

  • Roles determine what users can see and do within the platform

  • You can update roles even after sending an invite (via Pending invites)

  • Deleting a pending invite cancels the invitation completely

  • Make sure to assign roles carefully to maintain security and proper access control
