Any company can sign up and get access to the insights dashboard to understand their pay gaps and turnover trends.
To get started:
Simply go to https://app.liverem.com/register
Follow the sign up process.
Once you have signed up, you need to connect your payroll or HR system. You can search the Knowledge Base for help on how to connect your system, or contact us.
If you can't find your payroll or HR system, let us know and we can help setup a connection for you.
Once your system is connected, you can map your roles. You can find more information here.
Once your roles are mapped, you can start using the Know Your Gap dashboard.
It is free to use Know Your Gap. If you want to upgrade your subscription, you can access the rest of LiveRem's features, as well as get benchmark insights on your pay gap analysis.
Using the Know Your Gap Dashboard
The Know Your Gap Dashboard has a range of different analysis graphs for you to really understand your data.
Gender Ratio Graph
The Gender Ratio graph provides you with the split in terms of headcount between females and males in your organisation.
Gender Pay Gap
The Gender Pay Gap widget gives you a real-time view of what your gender pay gap is for your company. This is expressed in either an Average or Median basis. You can toggle between the Average and Median at the top right hand corner of the screen.

The Gender Pay Gap Index provides you with a measure of how well your company is doing with their gender pay gap, compared to the rest of the market. This feature is available in the free version of the tool.

The Count by Pay Level provides a view of how many male vs female you have in pay brackets across the organisation.
Dollar Value by Pay Level
The Dollar Value by Pay Level provides a view of how much male vs female are paid in pay brackets across the organisation.
