Remember to keep your uploads up to date! With a Smartly connection, you need to upload the Employee Card report at least once per 30 days to keep using LiveRem.
Getting started with your Smartly is explained in the following steps:
Login to Smartly and find the Employee Card Report. You can see the steps on Smartly's helpsite here.
Download the Employee Card Report as a CSV file.
Login to LiveRem and go to the Upload screen. You can find this in the menu on the left hand side of the screen.
4. Select Smartly from the drop down list.
5. Select Select File and upload the Smartly Employee Card CSV file.
6. Click Upload.
Your file should be uploaded and ready you to start using the rest of LiveRem.
