Before you start: You need the Admin or Billing role to see the Billing tab in Settings. If you don't see it, ask an Admin or Admin Only user to give you the Billing role — it lets you manage the subscription and invoices without any access to salary or employee data. See Understanding User Roles in LiveRem.
We hope you won't want or need to cancel your LiveRem subscription, but if you do, you can manage this all through your LiveRem login.
Go to Settings on LiveRem.
Select Billing.
Select Manage Subscription.
Select Cancel plan.
Select Cancel plan again.
You will have access to LiveRem until your subscription period ends.
