How can I view, cancel or upgrade my subscription?

You can change your LiveRem subscription from the free tier or monthly to annual or vice versa at any time by following these steps:

Step 1: Access Settings

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. From the left-hand navigation menu, select Settings.

Step 2: Manage Subscription

  1. Navigate to the Billing section.

  2. Click Manage Subscription. You'll see details of your current subscription plan.

Step 3: Cancel Your Current Subscription

  1. To switch plans, you first need to cancel your current subscription.

  2. In the top-right corner of the page, click Cancel Subscription.

Step 4: Select Your New Plan

  1. After your current subscription is canceled, return to the Manage Subscription page.

  2. Choose the new plan you'd like (monthly or annual).

  3. Follow the prompts to complete your subscription change.

Your new subscription will start immediately once you’ve completed the switch, ensuring you maintain continuous access.
