Welcome to the Company Insights page. Here, you will find a variety of charts designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of the Gender Pay Gap (GPG) and other indexes within your company.

Gender Ratio of Permanent Employees

This chart displays the percentage of male and female permanent employees in your company, giving you a clear view of gender representation.

Gender Pay Gap Percentage

This metric represents the average pay gap between male and female employees. A higher percentage indicates a larger pay gap, while a percentage closer to 0% signifies more equitable pay between genders. A negative percentage means female employees are being paid more than their male counterparts.

The LiveRem GPG Index shows how your company's GPG performance stacks up against other companies in the same industry.

Highest 3 Pay Gaps by Roles and Departments

These sections highlight the top three roles and departments within the company with the highest pay gaps. Pay gap percentages in purple indicate a gap favoring male employees, while percentages in pink indicate a gap favoring female employees. Each section also displays the number of employees analyzed for the specific role or department.

Pay Levels by Gender

This chart provides a quick comparison of pay gaps across different hierarchical levels, organized by top salary percentiles.

Costing by Gender

This section compares the total salary expenditure between male and female employees across different hierarchical levels, organized by descending salary segments.

Turn Over History

This graph offers a detailed visualization of your company and market's turnover trends over time. It includes separate turnover rates for men, women, and others within your company, as well as the overall company turnover rate. Additionally, it provides comparative data with market turnover rates for men, women, others, and the total market turnover.

The Pay Gap History chart provides historical data, showcasing how pay gaps have evolved over time within the company.
