Set Up 2 Factor Authentication

Protect your account with an extra step. This guide shows you how to set up 2-Factor Authentication quickly and easily.

You can set up 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) for your account under Multi-Factor Authentication in the Settings page

  • Click the Add Authenticator App 2FA button.

  • A popup will appear asking you to enter your password.

  • After confirming your password, you’ll be taken to the Set Up Multi-Factor Authentication popup.

  • Scan the QR code using your mobile device or enter the Setup Key in your Authentication app.

  • Enter the 6-digit code from your authentication app and click Verify button to complete the setup.

  • After setting up 2-Factor Authentication (2FA), you’ll receive a confirmation email in your inbox.

  • This email confirms that your 2FA has been successfully added.

  • The email also includes a link you can click to easily remove 2FA if needed

Removing 2 Factor Authentication

  • After setting up 2-Factor Authentication (2FA), you can remove it anytime.

  • Go to Settings and open the Multi-Factor Authentication section.

  • Click the Remove button to turn off 2FA.

Please Note:

  • Adding or removing 2FA is a sensitive action and requires recent authentication.

  • If prompted, log in again to verify your identity before completing the request.

  • You may see a message asking you to log in again before retry this request
