If you have not subscribed to the API add-on yet, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager before proceeding.
Getting started with Zambion is easy.
Go to Settings on your LiveRem account and click Integrations.
Select Zambion and click Connect.
Provide API Credentials
Enter the Client ID and Client Secret from Zambion (Ready Workforce) into the LiveRem integration setup page.
Important: the API credentials must have the following scopes enabled in Ready Workforce (Zambion), otherwise the data sync will fail:
Contract:Read, CostCentre:Read, Organisation:Read, Subscription:Read, SuperFund:Read, Leave:Read, Country:Read, Position:Read, Template:Read
Click Save to finalise the connection
Verify Data Sync
Once connected, LiveRem will automatically begin syncing data from Zambion (Ready Workforce).
Check the Mapping page to see the data has flowed through and is ready for mapping.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues:
Contact your Ready Workforce (Zambion) Customer Success Manager to subscribe to the API add-on.To obtain your new API credentials (Client ID, Client Secret).
Ensure the user assigned as the API Access Manager has sufficient permissions in Ready Workforce, and that all the scopes listed in step 2 are enabled.
