How it works
Head over to the Liverem signup page, put in your first name, last name, email address, phone number, name of your business and the country
2. Click Sign Up - a verification email will be sent to your inbox.
3. Verify your email - you'll be taken straight into LiveRem
4. Watch a short welcome video that introduces LiveRem.
5. Set up your organisation: add your employee count, industry, target percentile, benefits, and a few other basics.
6. Try a short interactive demo that shows you how LiveRem works.
From here, LiveRem guides you step by step to finish setting up.
Getting set up: your onboarding experience
After you sign up, LiveRem guides you based on where you are in your setup — you won't see the same prompts twice, and you won't be shown steps that don't apply to you.
For example, the guidance you see differs depending on whether you're a brand-new account, haven't connected your data yet, still need to finish role mapping, or haven't run a benchmark search.
Rather than walking you through every feature, this guidance focuses on the actions that matter most. There are three key setup milestones:
Connect your data - link the data sources LiveRem uses for benchmarking.
Complete role mapping - map your roles so they can be benchmarked accurately.
Run a benchmark search - run your first search to see LiveRem in action.
A progress indicator shows you where you are across these steps and what's still left to do, so you always know what's next.
Beyond setup: exploring what LiveRem can do
Once setup is complete, guidance doesn't stop — it shifts to helping you get value from the platform. The first time you visit each of these areas, LiveRem introduces you to what it does and how to use it:
Benchmarking - compare your roles against market data.
Internal vs Market - see how your internal pay compares to the market.
Pay Bands - build and manage pay bands for your roles.
Dashboards - track your key remuneration metrics at a glance.
User Management - add teammates and manage their access.
Revisiting onboarding or a walkthrough
You're never locked out of the guidance once you've seen it. If you want a refresher on how a feature works, you can replay the relevant onboarding step or walk through at any time.
Joining an existing account
If you've been invited to an account that's already set up, you'll get a different experience to the one above. Instead of being guided through connecting data or role mapping that's already done, you'll be shown guidance focused on using the platform day to day, such as running benchmark searches, reading dashboards, and finding your way around.
Welcome to LiveRem!
Once you sign up, you will be automatically assigned to the free tier. To view your subscription, click on “Settings” in the bottom left corner and select "Subscription". You can read more about the different subscriptions plans here. You can upgrade your account at any time.
To Log out of LiveRem, simply navigate to your log out button in the left bottom corner, and choose "Log out".
